So, I was reading Men’s Fitness Magazine today when I came across a Game of Thrones fitness game. I guess you wouldn’t generally consider watching your favourite television series as capable of benefiting your exercise (you usually watch it whilst sprawled out on the sofa eating pizza and sipping coke/beer, right?), however, the magazine has chosen some of the more popular occurrences and phrases and attributed each one a bodyweight strength/cardiovascular exercise.
If you have no interest in fitness, I guess you invite some friends round and use the above rules for a drinking game… (if you’re REALLY feeling adventurous you could merge the two?). Even if you have no interest in getting drunk/fit, hopefully you find the averages interesting 🙂
