VII Pass of Orlan - IX Althain Tower
« on: February 13, 2016, 02:37:47 PM »
Okay I get Dakar is the mad prophet no need to keep telling me every time I come across his name while reading

Just how old are this Fellowship of Sorcerers?

I can see Grithen having a large part to play later on in the story

Ohh that focus jewel of Skyron  Elaira went under in Morriel interrogation , great scene with Elaira trying to hide her meeting, Looks like Elaira will get together with Arithon and have babies  ;D

Lysaer now gets his own sword called Daeltiri

Loved the scene with Arithon picking out his an old battered looking Lyranthe and playing to the audience

Earthforce ,twelve channels interesting

Meth snakes verses the Fellowship cool scene and Luhaine and Kharadmon look like a promising double act

Enjoyed the description of Althain Towers it feels alive

Dakars future forecast and prophecy doesn't look good does it?

Hah we know where the Waystone of the Koriathain is  ;D

That princess Dari's descendants might cause us a fearful set of headaches

This is just me but does anyone get  young Lex Luthor vibes off Lysaer from tv series smallville you know Kent and Lex great friends to start off with then hate each other years later

Don't know why she does this. Apart from being a drunk he doesn't seem all that mad. Can't say it bothers me that much though.

Pretty old it would appear!

Yeah, I liked this scene.

This was my favourite scene, well, the whole of Althain tower really. I immediately wanted to see more of Luhaine, Kharadmon and Traithe. Suspect we will do, and I believe Kharadmon is in Etarra, which is where they're going eventually I think...

Interesting when you take into account that Arithon and Lysaer appear to have massively extended lifespans.

Hmm, not really, as I wouldn't say Arithon and Lysaer are particularly great friends!

Yeah, I liked this scene.
Me too. What I don't get is why he can't have both. Let him be the Bard King for Sithaer's sake!

Yep, it was great. And I hope we see more of their interaction. :)

Nope, it doesn't. Interesting to get a new prophecy, though. :)

I still don't get the Khoriani Enchantresses. They live in a ruin and can do crystal magic and are very strict and bitter. (It's hilarious that the Fellowship has the Waystone and would give it to them if they asked for it.)
Poor Elaira, she deserves better than those stuck up bossy spinsters. The Enchantress Prime comes across a bit like Granny Weatherwax in mean and boring. :P

How often do we need to hear how much Arithon is going to suffer and how sorry Asandir is that he can't do anything to support him? It's a bit much...

This thing with the strands... I can't believe that Lysaer would completely side with the Townsmen/Mayors if the Fellowship took some time to explain him the stakes and what could happen. Atm it looks like a self-fulfilling prophecy (and what Luhaine does in the next part surely isn't helping).
