I'm planning to be there - I shall be wearing a Pittsburgh Penguins hoodie to make myself easily identifiable.

*jealous*
I've checked, and the local Waterstone's doesn't have it - a trip is in order! (I know I could order online, but I want a shop stamp for a free £10 :P)
And my library already ordered a copy :D

OK, it's now looking like Storm The Ninth Rain, sorry, I mean Storm Doris, is preventing me from travelling to London for the launch.  :'( :'(

I'm going to keep an eye on weather reports and train cancellations and I'll be there if possible, but it's looking very unlikely at the moment.

So to all who go, and to Jen, have a fabulous launch! x

Yesterday I had an in depth discussion about which animals laid eggs. Was quite confident in saying no to wolves but my confidence in saying sharks did was apparently unfounded.

You're welcome! Always feel free to equip your pickaxe of enquiry and mine the vein of oresomeness.

It was a fabulous evening! So fabulous I spent most of yesterday clinging to the sofa scoffing ibuprofen...

Ignoring my hangover for a moment, it was lovely that so many people came out despite Storm Doris, and I got to practise my new baby griffin doodle many many times.  ;D

My local Waterstone's didn't have it, so they've just ordered it for me :D
And the guy was saying that they'd ordered it for someone else yesterday too!

I know I could buy it online, but if I can, I like to give sales to the local bricks and mortar shop :)
