Aside from many of the games already mentioned (MTG, Risk, and Munchkin in particular), I really enjoy Get Bit!, Cards Against Humanity, and the Game of Things. :)

 Board Games:

 Netrunner!
 Anima Shadow of Omega

 Tabletop RPGs:
 Warhammer (amazing system, went through all of the enemy within adventures. Despite the prizes they've won, I didn't like them, specially the ending)
 Legend of the Five Rings
 7th Sea (love the system, but the mechanics are too exploitable and after a while not fun to play because of the way experience is spent)

Mutants & Masterminds - a superhero RPG based on the D&D 3rd edition licence. I had some very, very silly games of that back in Australia. I get to guest-star in even sillier games when I go back for a holiday.
