Definitely Cassandra Clare's Lady Midnight. I have read The Mortal Instruments and The Infernal Devices series, and they are seriously my favorite guilty pleasure books. Just pure fabulous.

I bought my first ever Dresden File today (Storm Front). Got twenty books before it on the tbr shelf, but I'll get to it sooner or later.

Read Unquiet dreams by Mark del Franco, really enjoyed it.

@Elfy what do you call urban Fantasy where the normal people know about magic and mix with the Fae?

Also  what do you call urban Fantasy where normal people don’t know about magic like Dresden and is kept hidden from them? Is that called hidden histories?
According to some,* heroic deaths are admirable things

@Eclipse, as far as I know they're both called urban or contemporary fantasy. The real difference tends to be paranormal romance, which has elements of urban fantasy that also includes sexy times with werewolves, vampires, angels, demons, fae, etc...
A number of urban fantasies feature fae fairly extensively: Seanan McGuire's October Daye books, Jacqueline Carey's Agent of Hel trilogy, Harry Dresden has them and so does Ben Aaronovitch's Peter Grant series.
The whole hidden history thing has long been a staple of UF. Buffy had that, but in series like Kim Harrison's Hollows and Laurell K. Hamilton's Anita Blake's as well as Charlaine Harris' Sookie Stackhouse books, vampires and the like were members of society and treated as minorities.
I will expand your TBR pile.

I'm about to read Force of Chaos by Lin Senchaid, about a teenage rebellion by the antichrist. She's a new author but it looks like it could be good.
