This is my second favorite urban fantasy series, after Dresden Files of course. I really like the characters and mystery involved in the story.

Nope because the author said it's next year. He nor his publisher have tweeted confirmation of an earlier date.

Some time to be wasted here. Particularly useful if you want to see where stuff happens.

Thankyou, yes, good time waster. Do you have any of the graphic versions? Very tempted.

I have not got the graphic novels but may pick them up after christmas as rereading all 5 books last month has just made the wait for your book to come out even worse.

At the behest of Lady Ty, I drop my thoughts on Rivers of London here, via this link:

TLDR Very much enjoyed how well paced and easy to acquire the world and the magic is.

Thank you for adding your review of Rivers of London, Adrian.  ;D

Good that you enjoyed it and  I hope you go on to read more of the series, as you can tell I am a devoted fan. There are many more unusual characters and secrets to enjoy in the following books as well as an on-going back story. Haven't read The Blade Itself yet, but many here have, I'll get there eventually.  This forum is fatal for the TBR pile.

Double post because we are all still waiting for The Hanging Tree to turn up one day. :(

Found these top pics for Jmack's reading thread as he is hopefully a new convert. Think we should also have them here.

Here's the full link so you can see more pics with individual names.

I think of Molly as even more alien, but the rest feel spot on. There's a "best friend" character in the current tv show "You, Me and the Apocalypse " who is right now my mental image for Peter.

I found the tumblr. Is that you, or someone else doing it?
I'll keep looking for the short story.   :D

Gods no!

I am far too old to have a tumblr account and wouldn't fit in as my insecurities are too mundane. Sometimes there is the odd snippet of useful information hidden away amongst the teenage angst and attention seeking though.
