Judge Dredd Year One: City Fathers - Review
« on: August 21, 2012, 08:45:26 AM »
Don't know if there are any 2000AD fans on the board? Tail end of last week I picked up the first in a new series of Judge Dredd novellas, all will be set during Dredd's early years on the streets of Mega City 1. He's raw, he's eager, he doesn't yet have the reputation and his name doesn't yet instill the fear it will. But he's still a Judge and has a job to do.

My review can be found HERE.

To have an idea is not enough - no matter how good the idea is.

Hmm, I might have to check this out. I admittidly have a soft spot for Ol' Stoney Face, so to see a younger, less Stoney Faced Dredd could be really interesting.
I'd like to say I'm a writer, but that would occasionally require product. As it stands, I'm just a dreamer with a big mouth and poor time management.

Not really a Captain, I bought the rank used off eBay.

All reviews have been pretty glowing so far **suprisingly**

Definitely on my list of movies to watch. Could be one of the better sci fi flicks of the year.
