This is a very raw draft, surely full of errors, I edited nothing. Sorry but I found no time

Title: End of Kudras
1174 Words

Spoiler for Hiden:
The sun rose above the stark world created by the god named Kudras who spent all his devotion into every little groove and corner on this surface. Only to be shattered by the plans of his kind to misshape all he has built and destroy the beauty of his creation. Among this perfect place raged the beast of Sarduk, a gigantic creature, taller than the mountains it feasts on and stronger than the gods that try to eradicate this fearful monster. Many plans to stop this madness failed already and the gods grew desperate and impatient, if this madness would rage on, there would be nothing left of this world to build on.

However, in the valleys of a bare mountainside, Unlulna took care of her tasks assigned by her master. Other gods are customed in maintaining hundreds and thousands of angels for every single task they could imagine to maintain their orders, except for Kudras who only fabricated his only angel. While others create masses in the blink of an eye, he took his time to fastidiously engineer every little detail of his only servant. As usual for angels he assigned a single task to her, to maintain and prosper the lands and add the details needed. A Complex and time consuming task that demands too much attention even from a god to take care of it.

In her spot, which gathered thousands of myths, legends and names over the ages, between the nameless mountains, Unlulna took care of her task with minutious precision to shape the complex beauty in this newborn world. Due to the times, only the tales are left by the few angels who dared to report about this time, also only long after their masters died, but it is said that all angels envied her. With graceful steps she took care of every flower and animal that decided to engage life and started to explore the vast lands who wait for life to come. Every touch was as gentle as the wind caused by the flap of a butterfly. Many angels came to wonder in amazement but only few dared to get close to the spring of new life.

But these peaceful times were not meant to last, the world only experienced this for a very brief moment in it´s lifetime. But nobody expected how this would end, neither gods nor angels nor Unlulna herself. It was in a cold morning, the sky turned pale and the stars started to vanish but the sun hid behind the mountain peaks. Azakrel prepared his division of angels for Sarduks attack, for he was heading towards their position, nobody could predict his patterns or imagine it´s thoughts and relate to to the acts of random destruction. Fear filled the angels as they saw the beast galloping with the speed of sound over the wide lands. It´s body of huge stonelike skin, claws long, black and sharp, able to shred the fabric of time. A yellow slime oozed out of every eye that grew along it´s gigantic spine till the end of it's tail, all the way up to the huge eye in the middle of the forehead. The teeth are shining white, even though they devour the mountains this beast once crafted himself long before sacrificing it's mind to insanity. Every step shook the ground that even the butterflies could feel it.

Azakrel and his legion was prepared for the worst, but suddenly Sarduk stopped his pace. With a sound like thunder the head of the beast cocked towards the valley of Unlulna. The custodian of this garden felt the change of shakings of course and shifted her attention towards its source. The plants shook in fear but her gentle voice calmed them and encouraged all life to be brave. Gracefully the angels steps carry her towards the edge of the valley and a huge pole of white marble starts to emerge out of the ground, touching the clouds and even growing even beyond. Apologetic the angel steps with highest care on the leaf of a vine plant that started to grow along the marble pole. It outgrew the mountains to the air not even Butterflies dared to touch only to carry the guardian as high as possible till the monster arrives.

The armies of Angels stared in awe at the spectacle in the distance, agony twisted their faces for they fear about the beauty they don't dare to even get close to. Along his path, Sarduk trampled everything even, stomping mountains and cliffs to flat fields and passing enormous distances in the blink of an eye till he reaches the guardian of the valley. His sudden halt amazed the spectators and shifted their crippling anxiousness to excitement. The giant growls in anger but the keeper only shows the same warm smile she always wears.

The Ground trembled as Sarduk shakes, his drool dropping to the ground burns grooves later filled by rivers into the land and all his eyes focused only on Unlulna. She simply raised her hand and stretched it toward the shivering beast. Even the gods watched from afar due to fear for their own lifes and gasped in wondering as they saw how the untameable monster bows its head for an angel. The sun shone through the mountain peaks over the shoulders of the keeper onto the closed eyes of Sarduk. The drooling stopped and so did the quivering.

Nobody dared to get close but it seemed that the beast stopped, and indeed it happened. Sarduk died, all his hate disappeared and his life lost all purpose. Maybe he even remembered the love he once felt, before these events started and all the love he felt back than for his actions. Unlulna touched his forehead and whispered “Don't worry, it's over. You can finally rest. I only wish you could've enjoyed this spot during a moment of sanity”. As the words left her lips, Thunder erupted from the clear sky. Clouds gathered out of thin air, shaping a featureless face in the sky around the circle of thunders. A guttural voice emerged. “Do not fear us, friend of the gods, we watched your every move and saw the taming of the beast. A power so strong not even we gods could conquer. We thank you but at the same time we fear you, so we must exile you and the remains of all this event into the unknown so no live could ever find you again”.

Unlulna smiles upon the clouds and agrees, nobody expected that to happen. The thunders split the ground and everything sank into the ground, the garden, the warden and the beast. Swallowed up by the Ground they populated. After there was no sign left the gods held council if their action was right, great quarrels emerged that took even longer than the terror of Sarduk itself. It is said that even to this age, the exiled angel is still taking care of the remains of her master and taking care of his garden.

Forest

1053 words

Spoiler for Hiden:

Our tale starts in the forests at the foot of the Ahsraes mountains during a warm spring evening. The scent of new life fills the air due to the awakening of natures deep slumber from the harsh winters in these areas. Our two heroes, Reaga and Mondra, are far away from their homes on their journey to the Oracle of Gohi. Villagers and witches from all around the region warned them, but they decided to take this bewitched route anyway.

"How far is it?" Reaga moans in exhaustion.

"We should be way further ahead, but a certain someone drags behind the whole time" Mondra hisses back over his shoulder.

"It's not my fault, this whole forest is full of roots and rocks and uneven ground. Walking here is hell" Reaga shouts back.

"That could be the cause, but it could also be because you only sit around and stuff food inside you the whole day" Mondra grunts annoyed.

"I´m not fat!" Reaga yells in rage.

"No one said that" Mondra sighs, "anyway, just a little further should be a little pond, we can rest there for the night, the sun will set soon too".

The sun hides early behind the mountains of Ahsraes and the night comes too sudden for the heroes of this tale. They arrive at the pond but it is too late to gather wood and sticks for a fire, but the glade is wide enough for the moon to shine through and soothe their anxiety a little. They quarrel while bathing their feet in the cold water of the pond while the creatures of the early night are tumbling around near the water, filled with curiosity and excitement about the unfamiliar faces. Time passes fast and our friends don't notice the mist raising, cutting off the vision in this beautiful night. The noises of the forest fade into silence as the animals seem to run away, leaving a lifeless atmosphere around the misty pond. After all these changes in the scenery, Reaga finally hears a noise which caused a distraction to them.

"psst, can you hear this?" Reaga whispers.

"I am too old for these jokes" Mondra sighs.

"No, I´m serious, please listen" Reaga insists and both keep silent and listen.

Through the night echoes the lovely sound of harps and singing, disturbing the silence that built up arround the two. Soon the mysterious sounds come dancing towards the pond. Through the mist a group of lovely maidens step towards them, one by one they emerge from the mist with an unmatchable elegance. Their small bare feet slowly slip over the grass while their hair floats in the mild breeze, their bodies being cloaked in a cover of vines and leaves. All of them wear crowns of woven twigs decorated with wildflowers. Their outfit is not suitable for a cold night in the forest but their beauty absorbs every thought from the two. After a long dance that seemed to be over in the split of a second, a tall brown haired woman with thick gnarled branches growing over her head walks towards the travellers.

"Good evening, lost souls. What brings two lovely men like you to a place like this?" she asks with a gentle smile.

After many minutes of stuttering, Reaga collects all his courage and answers: “we are travelling to consult the oracle of Gohi and need to take a rest for the night”.

Mondra, with his jaw still wide open, turns his head over to Reaga in amazement of his courage.

The women start to gather around the travellers and inspect them closely. Reaga and Mondra start to take closer looks at the women, but their lascivious shapes and beguiling scent are distracting them too much to notice their the oddities on the bodies of the maidens. The vines and twigs growing out of their bodies, the long pointy ears, the branches that start to grow out of their heads and many more. The girls encircle them completely and start to gently touch them all over while the boys can't believe how fortunate they are to run into these beauties in the middle of the night.

“Just relax while we take care of you two” the women with the tall gnarled branches whispers while the others start to move their hands inside the garments of the travellers.

Confusion mixes with pleasure for the two and excitement shakes through their whole bodies. Their minds are already far too distracted to think about anything else than the harem they found themselves in.

Soon the travellers are free of their clothes and the women start to reveal the bodies covered under the leaves of their vines. Slowly the maidens crawl all over the two, rubbing their bodies on them and guiding their every moves. Soon they are covered under a mass of lecherous beauties, sending them into an unimaginable universe of endless ecstasy.

Many hours pass under the moonlight with endless moans and giggling and laughter, without any sense for time, or any sense of pain. Our exhausted travellers stare in the starless sky with an insane expression on their faces, covered with holes in their skin and roots digging through their bodies. Most of the women lay satisfied next to the pond to refresh while the last ones keep digging their roots inside them to suck out the last bits of energy left in them.
Mondra and Reaga are visibly drained, their bodies are emaciated and blood drips out from every scratch and hole that the roots inflicted to them. They both keep panting and moaning with their last breaths, not able to sense anything but pure happiness, as the woman with the large branches, this time looking way fresher and with new buds emerging, walks slowly to them.

“Thank you, oh kind heroes, we will remember your sacrifice. It will nourish our bodies till the next souls get lost in these cursed woods”, after these last words she wraps her arms around them and her vines sink a last time into the two.

The sun starts to rise and there is no trace left of that lustful night, only a hand full of small trees with many leaves and blossoms around the pond together with a large tree blooming in all the colours of the rainbow.

I wanted to write a story about Sauron being female and making everything pink and stuff. But I lost interest in it and will probably drop it. I really can't work with this months topic and hope next month will get anything else. It´s not the gender switch, I just really hate writing fanfiction.

4
I agree to @Nora, I love it to dive into the world of others and explore it, but not write in them.
I will still try to make something up for this month because I don't want to skip any contest.

The pipe of that female gandalf looks very similar to my long pipe, except that the engraving looks different.

Spoiler for Hiden:

There is a small group of wanderers hiking up Mt. Akhar in the middle of a cloudless summer night. From far away in the green valleys, it is possible to notice the light of the lanterns, looking like a trail of fireflies. Slowly and steadily the small group of hooded demi-humans walk up the ancient trails hewn by their ancestors towards the top of the tall mountain. Among their way are many statues decorated with burn out candles and handmade necklaces hewn in the walls of the trail for the folk of the Mirik tribe to pay tribute to their ancestors.

“If we keep our pace, we will arrive before dawn on the top” Mikral said in a stern voice, after a glimpse to the stars he continues “We should be able to take a last meditation before the ritual starts”.

Nervousness grows among many of the people who hike to the mountaintop. Every step takes longer and longer and only the darkness of the night hides the anxiety in the eyes of the small group. Mikral, of course, stayed calm as the eldest of the people in his village, even though the burden to guide the young ones is heavy to carry around. After all, he needs to ensure the safety of everyone during the ceremony of adulthood.

“Come on” Aira yells at the others from the end of the line, “there is no need to be scared, let´s end this and become adults finally”.

“W-w-we a-already walk as f-f-fast as w-we can” came a reply from the line. The little Smarka put all his courage together to reply to Aira. But she pushes forward to him with a big smile, getting really close to his face. His heart racing like wild because she is at least a head taller than him and her eyes are glowing like fire. Excitement filled the air and soon her hand grabbed his wrist and she ran forward, dragging the shy boy to the top, leaving only a trail of dust behind.

Everyone stood there, stopping for a while and staring at the cloud of dust left behind. With a small wave of his hand, Mikral clears the air, the wind he cast rushes through the little holes hewn in the mountain so the stones are whistling a beautiful melody. Without looking back, he yells “that´s the spirit of youth, take an example on her. MARCH ON!”

The top of the mountain was a small flat field of red stone illuminated by the moon. Smarka falls down on his knees, trying to catch his breath after his wrist is finally free from the tight grip. Aira stretches while inhaling the fresh night air before she grabs his arm to pull him up. The girl took the word while staring down from the Cliffside of the mountain “look at the lands, isn´t it beautiful? Just imagine how much we can see when the sun rises”

The sight from the top reveals the vast lands of the valleys around the mountain. Amazement fills their eyes while they just stare in silence down on the world. By accident, Smarka grabs the girls hand to ensure that he won´t fall. Aira turns her head to the shy boy “That´s very sneaky of you, grabbing a maiden’s hand while all alone during a ceremony, I didn´t thought you would´ve the guts for that”.

After he realizes what she was talking about, Smarka instantly pulls his hand away with a burning red face. After this scene, Aira keeps teasing the boy until the others arrived, which took shorter than expected.

Everyone arrives on top of the mountain and the leader clears his throat to start a small speech. “Listen, young men and women of Mirik. I, Akhar, eldest of our village will give you a last guidance. After this ritual, you will enter adulthood and be free to do whatever you want. I feel great anxiety among all of you, but let me assure that there is no need for it. Our tribe started out by our ancestors by jumping down this mountain, thousands of years ago and so we will, as they did, start our life by this jump. The sun will rise soon, let us all gather our spirits a last time before we start and collect our energy.” After the last words, he closes his eyes and sits down.

Many follow him and sit down too, trying to meditate with closed eyes and hiding their anxiety. On the outside of the group, Smarka is shaking in fear and Aira sits down next to him. “There is no need to be afraid” she tells him in a soft voice, her stare turns into a smile and she continues “just remember that I will always be there to make sure you are fine”.
“Set your eyes to the east, the sun will rise soon. All of you to the cliff” Mikral predicts without opening his eyes during the meditation.

Everyone lines up to ensure enough space for running before the jump. Most of the others stretch and warm up their muscles in the last seconds. As soon as the first ray hit the mountaintop, Aira grabbed the hand of Smarka and rushed towards the cliff of Mt. Akhar. Both jump while chanting in the ancient tongue of the Mirik, Aira with excitement but the boy still trembling with fear. As soon as their feet leave the ground, the wind carries both through the air. Their hoods flapping in the wind and their hair flowing around.

“THIS IS SO AMAZING!” Aira yells to the boy while they both fly through the air and explore the World around their village.

Soon she releases his hand so they both can glide freely through the air. Daylight erases the night and Smarka starts to see the beauty of the world before his eyes the whole world unfolds and the day showed him all the beauty this world has to offer. His eyes sparkle by the sight and he is absorbed completely by the moment. Fields of flowers start to bloom, birds start their hunt and on the trails in the far distance, there are travellers looking as tiny as ants. But this moment ends quickly because a yell for help tears the moment apart and his mind comes back to himself again.

By looking in the direction of the yell he soon realized that Aira is falling down instead of gliding. Without a second thought the boy´s instinct kicked in and he glides down through the air like an eagle. His arms wrap around the falling girl and their fly stabilizes. With Aira in his arms, they both finished the flight together.

On the ground, he releases Aira from his arms but she doesn´t move. He walks around her to see her face, the fire was gone and replaced by astonishment. She can´t believe that the shy little Smarka saved her life after she lost control of the wind. With tears of joy in her eyes, she wraps her arms around him and buries his face in her chest due to their height difference.

Soon the others land and ask what happened because they only heard a cry for help and soon saw nothing more than the boy struggling in the air. Everyone gathers around the two till Mikral lands as last. “Congratulations, you all reached adulthood now, you won´t need my guide anymore, especially not the young courageous man named Smarka”.

Can next month be PNR erotica? I feel like that would be much easier.
Sorry, we're not doing themes twice. :-/

We already had erotic short stories? When was that? just for research of course.
I would love to write an erotic story for a contest. I think that is a very hard topic to balance in storytelling I think, many tales have either no erotics or even love, or the complete opposite and the story is full of sex and nothing else. I guess most writers are too scared to mess it up and just try to ignore it.

Anyway. 10 days to go and I already discarded 2 drafts, the next one I write will (hopefully) be the one I will post for this months contest.

Fantasy Movies, Comic Books & Video Games / Re: Anime Favorites
« on: January 19, 2019, 10:24:42 AM »
I haven't seen many animes, I am more the manga person (or better to say original source person) but here are some top picks from both sides from me.

Anime:

-Armitage III, very nice little sci-fi anime
-Agent Aika, besides the fanservice and all I really love the animation style, the action, most of the characters and so on
-Cowboy Bebop, I guess I don´t need to explain this masterpiece
-Neon Genesis Evangelion, I should rewatch it one day but I am still waiting for the next movie of the new series

I guess I nearly counted up every anime I´ve genuinely watched and would recommend.

Mangas:

-Elfen Lied, I read it nearly once every year, discard the anime and only read the manga, that's the true stuff.
-Franken Fran, I am no fan of the horror genre, but if there would be more like this I would consume horror ONLY
-Oretama, a bit on the perverted site but a really nice and well-made manga with very likable characters, good drawing style, and nice character development.
-Dragonball, it´s much faster and smoother than the anime, no filler, and it´s easy to consume the whole series in a weekend instead of in 300 hours, also you can see how Akira Toriyama started to don´t give a damn anymore at about the cyborg saga
-Urusei Yatsura, first long term work of Rumiko Takahashi, a masterpiece for me, especially the ending was so amazing. If it wouldn´t be that long I would read it more often.
-Death Note, also very well known, I really enjoyed how far they planned all and thought about their plans and tried to predict the others, it was very fascinating.
-Rave Master, very nice shonen manga, you can see much development on the drawings later, it becomes a little weak in the middle, but the pace catches on again at later part of the middle.
-Mahou Sensei Negima, I always describe it as a mix of Dragonball and Harry Potter, it is SO AMAZING, I LOVE EVERY FIGHT in it. It´s so hard to find such a vast amount of characters that are nearly all unique and take part in some sort or another in the story. I was so disappointed in the anime (except the fight of Negi and Eva in the scroll Jack Rackhan gave them when I saw Eva animated it was like an orgasm for my brain). I hope the sequel becomes as good as this one.

I guess that´s all for now, I surely forgot some things, I read and saw Hellsing, it was good too but I think in the end it slacks off too much. But I love the very early drawing style in the first chapters of the manga.
Sadly there are many mangas I want to continue reading but just find no time, like air gear was awesome too but I just found no time ever to finish it.
There are many I still need to watch, I am a big fan of old Animation styles and want to watch much more of the 70s, 80s and 90s anime, especially fantasy and sci-fi. It was just so beautifully made back then.

Air is a really challenging theme.
Can next month be PNR erotica? I feel like that would be much easier.

good recommendation, would want that too.

Aynway, I discarded about 2 or 3 story ideas allready and start to run out of time to think about, but I am sure I will manage to write something decent about this topic  :D

My milk consumption realy sank over the time, but back than when I lived with my parents I always drank the whole bottle/package of milk at once because I hated the taste afterwards even if the milk was in the fridge the whole time.

sure there are foods that spoil fast but there are some that hold longer. like eggs hold for days even when its warm. I also always got rice and tortelini at home if I want something quick and got no time today to go to a store.

I never throw food away, that is a sin for me. The only thing I do is throw stuff like peels (if I ever peel something) or cut off ends and skins and shells in the garden and let it rot there. I also use no trash can, I just carry my trash out on the way to work the next morning.

My food schedule is like this, I wake up, grab a piece of fruit and go to work, I eat that piece of fruit when I arrive at work.
I got 1 hour lunchbreak, I dont want that long of a lunchbreak, I would want to work that one hour through and go home one hour earlier but thats austiran law (F**K Austrian law). So I got one hour to spent, and thats a nice coincidence that it gives me enough time to go to the store near work and buy something for lunch and for dinner. Usually I just buy some  breads for lunch and for dinner it depends, but most is simple and small stuff since I live alone and theres no use in cooking anything too fancy or large if I am the only one eating it. At home I cook, today I had scrambled eggs with onions, tomato, garlic, sheep cheese and pepper. Nothing left over, nothing wasted, just the onion peels in the garden.

When I cook something bigger I eat the leftovers the next day and thats it. I rarely saw anything that isnt spoiled after 2 days even in the fridge, but everything cooked is usually still good the next day, even if not cooled down. I ate chili con carne for 3 (the day I cooked it, the next day and than the next day) days last summer and it wasnt spoiled at all.

since I got no fridge I dont have any foods that I "keep for later" so I dont throw away anything.
I rather saw quite the opposite, that people who use a fridge frow away more food. like my parents, the fridge is always stacked full and always you find some last slice of cheese that turned completly dry, some moulded saussage or food from 5 years ago (I am serious, I found once a package of milk that hit the date of consumption 5 years ago). And its not just my parents but its either I see that extreme or the other extreme that people got a fridge and freezer, but nothing inside it, which is a even worse waste of energy.

I prefer local foods, I prefer to buy my food daily so I get fresh food and I waste no food at all.
I can understand why people want to have a filled fridge so they dont need to go to a store in their free time, but I do it during work so I see no problem in there (sure I could spend these 20 minutes I walk to the store with reading a book but I also enjoy walking and its a realy nice change from sitting the whole day).

Also just because I mentioned freezers, I could never use one. Sure if I would have people living with me I would probably turn on the fridge (I got one because my parents bought it but I unplugged it). But freezers are just so dumb, why do people buy food to eat it a year later? I could imagine it if some crysis suddenly falls upon us, but I think if a crysis comes that is so bad that we cant buy food anymore, than it would probably effect freezers too. I saw people hording mountains of meat that they WILL NEVER EVER EAT IN THEIR LIVE for the sake of having it. When I ask them they say "oh its so much cheaper that meat was -25% I needed to buy it". So their logic is to buy meat that is nearly spoiled to save 25%, than run a device to prevent it from spoiling which decreases the quality of the food even more and than let that device run for years before they finally maybe eat it, which generates an energy consumption far beyond the money they saved by buying half spoiled meat 5 years ago.

I got kind of long there again, anyway, it is easily possible to live without fridge, I can imagine that it could be even easier with more people in the house because you can cook larger servings than and it all gets eaten up at once.

11
I live without fridge for about 2 years now. For me there is no necessity in cooling my food because I get to stores nearly daily at work where I can buy fresh food instead of piling it into a device that slows down the rotting process. Just wanted to make clear that you can eat food even without fridge  ;D

So I updated my website and all of my customizations were erased.

In particular there's this black square arrow icon that needs to be a yellow icon in a grey circle.  I could not remember how I changed it last time (other than that it took me like 12 hours) and I couldn't find any reference to the arrow in any of the CSS.  In my attempt to modify CSS within Wordpress, not only did I fail to turn the square into a circle, I BROKE THE WHOLE DAMN SITE.

I'm on hold for 20 min right now just to see if I can undo all the work I did over the last 8 hours with a back-up.  Seriously I'm dumb af. I want to bang my head into a wall.

You are not dumb, wordpress just sucks with customization, at least so much that I quit the whole web dev branche because the stress and exhaustion from stupid things like that wasnt paid enough.

So having restored to backup 7 times now I have discovered:

1) the plugin that broke my site had nothing to do with the circle I was trying to make out of a square
2) updating the plug-in breaks my site
3) uninstalling the plug-in that broke my site ALSO breaks my site
4) I have no frigging idea where I coded that circle, even after looking for 8 hours
5) Restoring to several days ago returns the circle
6) Updating the plugin that the icon in question comes from actually does *not* undo my custom code and turn the circle into the square
7) Updating some totally random OTHER plugin (of the 19 that needed updating) is what destroys my code and eliminates my circle.
8) my brain is melting
9) trying to make a number 8 on here with an "8 )"  produces an 8)

you broke the first rule in anything regarding technology, never change a running system  ;D

but jokes aside, I often had problems with plugins completly destroying each other without ever finding the cause. So I always ended up looking for different plugins that do the same but are not the same or looking for an old version, which should NEVER be necessary. A downgrade should never be the solution to something but it sadly is in most cases.

If its just a graphic that has no interaction, is it a option to just remove the circle/square and put another circle on the same spot?
Are there any other errors occuring besides breaking the site and the change of a circle?
Is the site behaving as it should otherwise with the updated plugins?
(this one should be obvious) Did you try the site on other hardware and software?

I hope you can fix it soon, it is a nasty job but can get paid quite well if you know how to sell your skills, good luck.

Haha @Slaykomimi I thought the first rule of technology was "Ruin it with an update"

Yes I've tried on other devices.  Learning to restore to a back up has been my best friend.
The thing is that plugins only get you part way there, and I'm a perfectionist so i try to go in and hard code things i don't like (ie. this color doesn't match here, the menu is doing something weird at certain window widths, the featured displays too large on the home page, etc etc).  But I don't actually understand the basics of how a website works.  i know basic commands.  I know I can find the name of elements in a page by using the "inspect element" feature in firefox. i know border-radius:50% makes a circle.  I know that *somewhere* I need to type  <div class="theChampSharingArrow theChampPullOut" style="border-radius:50%;color:ffb141">

The problem is, I don't know *where* in the code to put that. I know where to add additional code to the end. I can find the CSS editor for the plug-ins in Wordpress. I can even find the php files in the hosting site.  But I can't figure out which file and where in all that code to add it all.

So I learn stuff, I make it work through hours of trial and error, and then if forget how to do it again because I don't have the basic knowledge to understand when to access the php files, when to edit the plugin's CSS and when to tack something on at the end.

I should probably take a class or a YouTube tutorial, but I'm so impatient :)

I know that feeling, I used to browse through all the files on the server at wordpress sites just to find this one single line I need to edit. It was hell.

I think the best approach would be to code all by yourself (with that I mean templates, plugins, etc), thats why I liked it more to hardcode sites in html, css and javascript, but that took way more time especially if there was much content (sadly I often had restaurants as customers with tons of dishes who demanded photos for every dish, and of course didnt provide neither photos nor information).

I hope that at least your customers/boss/whoever supervises or pays you for that work is at least good to work with. You can surely find some great courses on udemy and such or maybe even decent ones on youtube.

I wish you the best luck and dont overwork yourself.
