Re: The King's Paws
I had 'naughty drivers course' this morning.

The mind boggles with the possibilities of that sentence.  ;D
[googled "naughty driver. decided not to post images]

Jmack disappears for half an hour for a long hard think ...

Re: [Feb 2016] - Fanfic - Discussion Thread A random picture with landscape/cityscape  and masses of small detail including people or animals, like those old Breugels, but xiagan  and ScarletBea's choice.

Then we have to make of it what we can, the whole, a tiny part or whatever.

Re: [Feb 2016] - Fanfic - Discussion Thread I think something that goes classic fantasy:

> enchanted weapon
> enchanted person
> magical animal

Or, I thought the "abandoned places" art from last year were really cool. Something like that.

Re: [Jan 2016] - Breaking the fourth wall - Voting Thread OMG YES!!!

i won, guys!  did you see that?!?  i NEVER win!

thank you so very much!  i just LOVE everybody right now!  WOOT!

... ahem.

i'm truly honored.  there were lots of fun stories this month.  i kid you not -- i snortled, chuckled, or giggled at least once (after the first couple stories, i started counting) in every story that was funny.  after reading through all of them, it was so hard to pick one to win.  in the end, @tebakutis and his sponges were my favorite this month.  followed closely by @OnlyOneHighlander for his twisting/twisted plot and @Jmack for the innovation.  (i LOVE choose your own adventure stories)  my fourth vote, tho?  man, i had to choose (obviously from the results!) from like, half a dozen fabulous stories.  and, i couldn't.  so, i ended up just dropping my last vote, @Raptori style.

again, thanks guys!  i'm on cloud nine!

Re: [Mar 2016] - Nightmares - Discussion Thread I had a nightmare about 15+ years ago, that while I haven't had it again, still gives me a shiver down my spine whenever I think about it too much.  I'm not sure how to storify it as it was more of a psychological scare that I'm not sure I can ever fully convey but I'm going to give it a try.

Re: [May 2016] - Well known fairy tales from a different POV - Discussion Thread That picture reminds me of the original art in Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark.

Re: [May 2016] - Well known fairy tales from a different POV - Discussion Thread Can't wait for someone do a version of Princess and the Pea from the Pea's POV - "I see your fat ass coming towards me, blocking out the sun, what about my good night's rest? I miss my pod"
