Re: Say Hi, I'm new thread Hey. I'm James from near Birmingham, United Kingdom. I love reading. Mainly fantasy but I enjoy horror, sci- fi, thrillers, epics and historical non-fiction also. I have a blog, write for www.fantasybookreview.co.uk and spend far too much time chatting about books on Goodreads. I am glad to be a part of this community and look forward to discussing all things fantasy. I hope everyone is well. :) x

Re: Book Bargains The best bargain I have had was finding a Gollancz hardback first edition of Scott Lynch - Red Seas Under Red Skies for 99p from a charity shop. The same day I bought hardback Erikson - Fall of Light, two Abercrombie books, and three James Patterson Alex Cross stories. It all totaled £5.00. That was a great day!

Re: Say Hi, I'm new thread Thank you for liking my review. I have reviewed a few of Lawrence's books including Red Sister which you should check out. What is your username on twitter so I can make sure I follow back the right person. :)

Re: Conventions 2017 I have been to invited to FantasyCon by an author. I have never been to a convention before. Could anyone give me a brief summary of what to expect and what sort of things happen? I need to analyse if it is worth traveling to Peterborough. Any comments would be really appreciated. Thank you.

Re: Your favorite things about Skyrim! I loved Skyrim. I enjoyed chatting to dragons! There were one or two missions on Xbox 360 that froze so annoyingly I couldn't fully complete the game. I am looking forward to replaying this on the Switch, though :) x

Re: Hello. I will tell you a secret. All British people try to sound more British than normal when they chat to people from other countries because apparently, people like this accent. I also say I used to play polo with Prince William just to see the reactions I get. It is normally "what is polo?"

Re: Godblind - Anna Stephens (no spoilers) Hey, Eclipse. Cheers for linking to my review.

As you can tell I thought it was pretty awesome and the hype it is picking up is much deserved. This is a great year for fantasy debut big hitters. Looking forward to F-F's review and I must admit that the cover is gorgeous. Godblind is available to request on NetGalley at the moment for reviewers and bloggers so maybe try that route, people. :)

James x
