#1 - Patrick Rothfuss - anything
#2 - Anthony Ryan - anything
#3 - Thaddeus White - Sir Edric's Temple is amazingly funny, but I'll read anything.
#4 -  D.Z.C. (Zichao Deng) - only new one who's not fantasy. He does mystery/crime with a cynical protagonist who isn't strait-laced. It's his humor that kills me. I'll ready anything of his.
#5 - Dean Koontz - Phantoms
#6 - Margaret Weis & Tracy Hickman - The Twin's Saga
#7 - David Eddings - Sparhawk series. Oldie but goodie.
#8 - Edgar Allan Poe - anything

I think I'll stop there. The others kinda wash together.

It doesn't look like it, but most books I read are fantasy, and I really enjoy them. But some books and authors just go beyond traditional genre barriers, giving us truly magnificent works.
