Webcomics!

Does anybody here read webcomics on a regular basis? I'm looking for a few new ones to browse!

I currently peruse :-
  • XKCD ( geeky maths / science )
  • Questionable Content ( indie music turned romantic drama )
  • Dinosaur Comics ( Qwantz - me, but in dinosaur form )
  • Oglaf ( very NSFW fantasy sketches )
  • Least I Could Do ( slightly NSFW man-whore )
  • Wonderella ( brilliantly funny superhero )
  • Menage-A-3 ( NSFW romantic drama )

On a regular basis. I was also a huge fan of 8 Bit Theatre ( Final Fantasy Spoof ) whilst it run.

Lol, Oglaf is hilarious, moreso because it's so unashamedly NSFW. Commission comics is a favourite of mine http://www.commissionedcomic.com/ and *shameless plug incoming* I write a webcomic on Facebook called Epic Comics:

MacHall.  I was so sad when they ended it, but I still revisit it now and then.

I used to read this one webcomic that was about a D&D-esque DM who was pulled into a fantasy realm and forced to be a general.  I think it was called Erfworld?  Not sure.  It was quite hilarious. I only read the first major part of it, though.  I never got into the second part, and then lost the link.

XKCD is the best!

I also follow Girl Genius, and buy their comics when they come out.

Ah once a pretty long list, but now got much shorter :D
Bear Nuts by Alison Acton
Menage a 3
Eerie Cuties
Better Days and Original Life both by Jay Naylor
Sandra and Woo
These three are on my most often list ;) Sometimes add to that Furthia High also a great comic.

But my personal favorites are Sandra and Woo, Eerie Cuties and Menage a 3 ;)

Penny Arcade and Mojo are the two I read that haven't been mentioned. Still stick it out with QC, despite it not being a geeky music comic any more. Part of the reason is want to bury my head in Fayes chest and make funny noises though :)

That was Erfworld - it was on the same site as The Order of the Stick (my personal favorite).

They stopped after the first book, but still all online - http://www.giantitp.com/Comics.html

My list is basically the same as jswinds!

Girl Genius!
The Princess (or is it Princess Sarah?…anyway, it's a web comic about a transgendered child trying to make her way in the world…incredibly moving)

Most of the ones already mentioned, of which QC, XKCD and Dinosaur Comics are my favourites, but also...

Snowflakes - http://www.snowflakescomic.com/
A Softer World  - http://www.asofterworld.com/index.php
and a relatively new one by a friend of mine called the master of his domain - http://themasterofhisdomain.wordpress.com/ worth sticking with, since the author has finally found his voice and is getting better with each passing storyline.
Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal is well worth checking out, too - http://www.smbc-comics.com/
as is The Perry Bible Fellowship - http://www.pbfcomics.com/
I am NOT short. I'm further away than I look.

Pornokitsch- was on the Erfworld site the other day, and there is definitely a book two, which I started reading.  It bored the hell out of me, sadly, so I dropped it a few pages in.  Book one was good, though.

I just started Brawl in the Family.  I spent way too much time reading them all last night, rather than writing.  It was sooooo funny, though.  Then again, only gamer nerds can appreciate that one, since it centers on the characters of Super Smash Brothers: Brawl.

Unspeakable Vault (Of Doom) is great, if you like Lovecraft - http://www.goominet.com/unspeakable-vault/

I'm a computer geek, I used to really enjoy Everybody Loves Eric Raymond. Unless you know what Linux and Gnu are, it probably won't make a hell of a lot of sense. The Comic is now officially defunct, but is still online. http://geekz.co.uk/lovesraymond/archive/eler-highlights-2008

Any Hello Kitty fans here? How about The Misadventures of Hello Cthulhu - Cthulhu gets stuck in the Hello Kitty universe, with predictable results. It's on hiatus, and probably dead. The author was working on updates a couple of years ago, and nothing new has been published. http://www.hello-cthulhu.com/

I have a few that I read myself.

At Nuklearpower.com, I read 8-Bit Theater, which ended, sadly enough.  And I am currently reading How I Kill Your Master, on the same site.

http://www.nuklearpower.com/2001/03/02/episode-001-were-going-where/  Sadface.

http://www.nuklearpower.com/2009/08/04/how-i-killed-your-master-001/  Wish they kept it black and white.

Looking For Group is another that I read.  From what I have gathered, the author didn't originally know where he was going to go with it all, but has built the world amazingly and the story greatly.  It used to make fun of World of Warcraft and the Sword of Truth Series, but that has changed.

Aqua Punk is awesome.  I just discovered it today.  The story is deep and swimmingly amazing.  *ha, pun* The world building very cool.  Love it so far.  I can't wait for more, personally.

Snafu has a huge collection of awesome comics, but they appear to only get updated every few months.  A rotation on each comic apparently.  A lot of them are done on parodies or just meshing of storylines from other shows and stories.  Its still great though.  I also haven't read them all yet.  So, more to discover.  But still great stuff.

http://www.snafu-comics.com/

And just recently started, if you don't know about it already, Worm World Saga.  The art is brilliant, the story idea, home hitting, but its only on chapter one!  Oh the horror of meeting a brand new online graphic novel.  I don't think I can handle the wait.  Which is why I am bringing you in on the torture too.  Muahahaha.

http://wormworldsaga.com/

Anyway, there do be my lineup of comics.
