I've just finished The deep Blue Sea and enjoyed it, Travis is a great character wished i lived in Florida on the busted flush  ;D

I felt the same way when I read some of his stuff. It's been a long time, though.

Tom Corcoran is really good, and of course Carl Hiaasen and Tim Dorsey (Tom is probably closer to Travis, whereas the other two can get a little goofy (but in a good way)).

LOVED these books and just recently got almost the entire series. Brings back happy memories.
