I actually got "Everything I Want to Do is Illegal" out of the library.
It's about the U.S. Federal rules that constrain small organic farm practices.
They are presumably for public health purposes, but many are just out of date and others are used by agribusiness to control markets.
I learned only that much, and did not read any more

I could probably have paid 99 cents on Amazon plus $3.95 shipping and come out ahead.
But then I'd have had to get rid of the the darn thing to make room for my next 99 cent find.
