I have voted for Rogues, but reading all the stories for this one will still be a stretch for me. I'm still struggling with my entry for this month's contest. I might not be able to finish it in time.  :(

14 for this, 16 for Rogues; 30 in total. That's roughly a third of a novel...  ???
:o That's A LOT when you think about it like that.  :o

I'm okay with being a scapegoat. Mostly because all the goat worship around here softens the blow a bit.  :P
;D
"Hey, Atku! Got another one for you!"
"Does he want to be a scapegoat, too?"
"Sounds like it."
"Well, he'll just have to wait his turn. I can only cook one newt on this barbecue at a time, and the eyes are damned hard to pull out unless they're cooked."

Sorry, @ArcaneArtsVelho, it'll be a minute or three.
OH NOOOOO!

 ;D

I wasn't a regular or even a member last year, so I don't think my votes even count when we are voting for last year's best story.  ;)
I wasn't until December either...  :P

I guess we'll have to trust that the best story from each month won, and vote for the best of the winners.  ;)
I wish the world was flat like the old days, then I could travel just by folding a map.

I've written them and sent them in but have no influence on the schedule. Maybe I'm writing a reminder mail tomorrow...

Reminder ;D
(after becoming aware of how lots of people just go to the main site, I think this is important for our little aspiring writers :D)

I'm a horrible person!  :(

I tried to read all of these this morning but got only to June before running out of time. So, I surrender myself to you, Atku, the king of goats and the god of men, and to your prophet @Jmack. With fear I await my title whether it will be "The betrayer of the Writing Contest" or "The one who did not vote" or just "A horrible person". I bow my head in shame. :-[

But seriously, now that I have read them all, I am clad to see that my votes wouldn't have made much, if any, difference.

I think that congratulations are in order. (Sorry, if a different congratulatory thread was planned.)
Congratulations, @ladygreen! A well deserved victory over excellent competitors. :)
Everything I wrote above is pure conjecture. I don't know what I'm talking about.

I'm a perfectionist but not very good at anything. That's why I rarely finish things.

Congratulations @ladygreen! I did vote for yours. There were so many good ones.

And you, @ArcaneArtsVelho, we'll be thinking up some fitting punishment.  ;)

This just shows (and it's a good thing!) how different we all are in our tastes :)

One of my votes got second, but then the other two remained in the big large group with 2/3 votes.
