Am I the only spanish speaker in this whole community? I feel sad and lonely :P

My Spanish is terrible but serviceable enough to ask for food and directions while being polite (hopefully). I'm in Southern California.

Well, it's better than nothing:P I feel a bit less sad and lonely now, thanks ^_^

Bristol (Brizzle), UK
Although I'm originally an Essex girl but the less said about that the better.

I think everyone knows, but I'm a dinky di Aussie. If you want more specifics (it's a big place after all), I'm in Victoria.
I will expand your TBR pile.

Northumberland, UK. That's why I'm glad internet communication is written rather than verbal; thanks to my Pit Yakker accent even people from other parts of the north east struggle to understand what I'm saying.
I am NOT short. I'm further away than I look.

Is it really that strong? You and I need to start doing a podcast,  really mess with people's heads.

You sir, are an absolute legend.

I apparently sing as I talk, and do so very, very fast. The accent...I'm from farming country, let's just leave it at that.

I'm from Washington, a between Sunderland and Newcastle in the North East of England.

Scarecrow, I used to work in Ashington in the late 90's. Your typed accent has me in stitches - it's been a while since I've heard that one :-)

Reminds me of my first few days at Uni. We were spilt into groups and sent on a 'quest' around the campus to basically get our bearings, get to know each other and learn some of the history of the place. I was in a group with a girl from Hull who had a very broad accent. The answer to one of the clues we had to decipher was 'fawn phone' and all I could hear was 'fern fern', lol  :D

Is it wrong that I really want a recording of this? I wouldn't laugh, I just think strong accents like that are adorable :D
