I just saw this:

The owners of the Breaking Bad house put up a fence to stop people throwing pizzas onto their roof

For those who don't know there's an episode Walter returns home, tries to make amends by bringing pizza but gets kicked out again and furious simply throws the pizza on the roof before leaving.

Slow and steady wins the race.

Thanks for linking that story. It's funny, but I also feel really bad for the homeowners. As Han Solo once said "No reward is worth this!"

I imagine the homeowners now regret accepting whatever compensation they were offered by the show to use their home in Breaking Bad. I'm glad some of the fans are respectful, but I know I would think it was weird even if people were constantly taking pictures of my house from across the street, especially since I have a 3 year old who is currently potty-training and thus is in the habit of running around naked on weekends....

On a separate but possibly amusing note, I'm boycotting Twitter today (in support of Rose McGowan) but still have the app on my phone, and it updates immediately when something happens (I get a Like, Retweet, new Follower, etc). My phone now says 1 thing has happened, but I don't know what it is.

It's a mystery. So suspenseful! I shall discover the truth tonight at midnight.

In the new building in downtown Baltimore for work. Double+ commute time, but what a high-end corporate space. At the moment, it feels pretty cool.

This will wear off.  8)

Anyone feeling Ophelia now?
I've got winds around 55-60 mph. I don't like wind, living on the 4th floor in a corner flat :-\
@Eclipse, how is it where you are?

Edit: just saw on the forecast that it's also affecting Edinburgh, I hope you're ok, @Saraband

666! This is just fake news from people who hate our Forum.
Make our Forum great again!
The Moderators? They’re just Mediocrators. Little people with little lives.
Believe me.
Give Atku a chance and I’ll drain this swamp you call a Forum.
And that little rocket man in North Korea? We’ll destroy him utterly. Utterly.
Which involves the Forum how? I have the best people working on that. The best. People.
