Congrats, Death! I voted for Rukaio and Bradley, and still found the other entries very entertaining.

Slow and steady wins the race.

So I have an additional question for you @ScarletBea -- was it only *men* who voted for my story?

I can't see who voted for whom, Bradley, I don't have that kind of power ???

My very very favorite was @Carter 's tho, b/c HOLY SHIT IT WAS A CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE THATS THE COOLEST THING IVE EVER SEEN.

Thanks Bradley, I'm glad someone liked it - ok two someones at least - as the thought to do one as been sitting in my head for a while and this gave me an opportunity to try it.  I originally intended it to be much more than this as well, with more choices, and a vague idea to have it read as a story even if you expanded the lot and just read it beginning to end.  Unfortunately after a couple of drafts I realised I needed significantly more words than the contest allows!  As I said in the preamble I was a bit too ambitious to pull all of that off.

I was writing the article that appears on the main site with this winning story and wondering if I had to go with DeathShroud as the name - until I clicked on the profile link and realised that you've now changed your name and you're @Jonathan Ryan :D

So you'll have that name on the site.

(and will you enter the contest again?)
