How about something really random, like naming a star for her?

Sounds nice. Is it expensive?

UK prices are anywhere from £10 upwards, I don't know what it would be for you. Something to remember for future anniversaries or birthdays anyway.  ;D

What did you get for the anniversary Bender?

Isn't that what he purchased for Mrs. Bender?

Since it's anniversary, I thought Mrs. Bender would also buy present for Bender :) I was curious what Mr. Bender got :)

Maybe I'm the one confused :o

Do you all think there's a subliminal message that I need get my ass moving?   ;D

During this furlough period I wanted to revive my German (which I learnt years ago, then used when I lived in Switzerland). I picked up my books but everything was a bit boring, and a lot business-related (as I was learning there at work).

Then I remembered hearing about this site called Duolingo, and wow, it's great! I've been doing the lessons for a week now, and I do remember both more and less than I imagined hehe
I did a test at the start that unlocked all the lessons inside the first 2 sections, but I started from the very beginning anyway.

There are lots of languages available, if you'd like to try :)

Portuguese, English, and German (perhaps more?), oh wow! I'm always impressed by people who can speak other languages.

I've been using Duolingo off and on for the past six months with Dutch. We're planning to *hopefully* spend a bit of next summer in the Netherlands, so it's good practice.

Duolingo is veeery hit or miss depending on the language you choose. For example the greek version is just terrible lol.
I found the languagepod101 classes to be easier (even the free ones are pretty good).
For dutch it would be dutchpod101.

I wonder what version of dutch duolingo uses actually...

Duolingo is pretty great. They had every language available for practice, so it's got a pretty wide coverage. I could speak Thai, English, and Mandarin to an extent (although it had always been sketchy). I had studied Mandarin as a kid and again in high school, and later during college when I absolutely bored, although as stated before, still pretty sketchy.
