I spend yesterday from 4 pm to 11 pm here.

It's incredibly relaxing but of course you need to be comfortable to be in the sauna (they have over ten different saunas) or the pool with dozens of naked people from both sexes.

My most favorite title amongst all of the ranks. I'd have stayed a Mistborn forever if I could, hahah.

Brain teaser:
What is unusual about the following words?
Revive, banana, grammar, voodoo, assess, potato, dresser, uneven

Please put your answer in spoilers, to allow others to give it a try.

Note: this was in a xmas cracker, and I didn't guess it, but found it super interesting :D

Well done!
You had to ask today, didn't you, on the day I was too lazy to go running ::)
I normally run 5k in 35 minutes - today I walked 4.5km in 43 minutes, so I ended up not feeling so lazy afterwards hehe

I run long runs (over 5K) under 6 pace. The last was 10K in an hour. Yesterday, I ran 5K under 5 pace (25 mins). BTW, I use kilometer metrics, not miles. (1 mile is 1.6 km in case you don't know)

I need more interval training to gain speed. However, I feel tired these days. Sports and diet, along with losing some weight, might have gotten me weaker.

I'm more of an indoor runner guy, and usually ran at the speed of 11 on the treadmill with interspersed resting speed of 5.7 for the total of about 55 minutes, totaling up to 500 calories twice a week.

Well, I have a university test in less than seven hours and I have no idea how I'm going to do. I've been re-reading all of the study material over the last few days, but little details just don't stick to my brain. I guess it all depends on how reasonable the test itself is.

Good luck Eli! Taking deep, long calming breaths helped me personally. Also not sticking with the clever kids near the front of the exam hall, where they prattled about every minor details of the test helps too.  8)

Good luck, Eli. I always studied my exams by writing. That helped me memorize most things without even realizing.

Well.

That could have gone worse, but also better.

It was a multiple-choice test. Fifty questions, four possible answers to each.

There were 23 I'm just about 100% sure I got right. Some of the rest were a pick between two possibilities, and a few I just had to guess at.

Statistically speaking I MUST have gotten enough right to squeak up above the line. But I won't be at ease until it's a sure thing.
