Cheers everyone  :) I have 'celebrated' the fact by changing my display name from my real name to the pseudonym / nickname I usually have associated with my writing, for no particular reason (well, having my real name here felt *too formal*...).
Yes, but now we call you Sara?  ;D

Still better than @M. G., as it used to be  :P

Cant smile without you - Barry manilow
*chuckles*

The juke box has just randomly played The Strokes - shall we stick with that?

Steps over the abandoned Jenga and Heads towards the magical  Jukebox sees that the the last two songs played on it were Barry Manilow and The Strokes

The Jukebox starts up on it's own and starts to play.........

I want a comfy corner with a cappucino or similar, and Wim Mertens playing, and my current Prince of Fools to read.
I've forgotten already I was on holidays, work is being horrid :'(

Sorry about work. I'm taking the day off with my son to empty out his waterbed. Joy.

Had never heard of Mertens. Lovely.
Have you listened to George Winston? His is the music of my wife's and my courtship.

Metallica's fine but not for relaxing ;)

No, never heard of George Winston.

Mertens is a belgian composer, contemporary music (piano, string quartets, etc) - released most works in the 90s. I think the only countries who know who he is, apart from Belgium, are Portugal and Spain, dunno why
I've seen him live 3 times now, soooo good (and met him, after sneaking backstage - oh my younger years ;D)

I think I've heard this on an elevator somewhere  ;). Really though. I looked up one of his album's on youtube. I've heard the first song, and know it, but I have no idea from where. It must be the background music in a movie or something, and now it's really bothering me. I don't understand how I know it well enough to predict the notes but have no idea where I heard it...

EDIT: I've got it! It plays on my instrumental based pandora station. No wonder I liked it so much.

My lovely wife can listen to only so much.  :)

Anyone notice that @Elfy has gone past 5,000 posts?
And we're all arguing about worshipping @Gariath?
