This seems to be utter insanity, but then again most things are and I heard alcohol.    Anyway the clear answer to your predicament CHill is to wear both shirts at the same time.   Also an eyepatch...and a bandolier..and weird stubble that never grows into a full beard yet you never shave away.

You don't know what utter insanity is. Go read the pirate rpg question thread. That is utter insanity. And I like your idea. But how did you know of my facial hair condition? (wink smilie)
You also need to add a sombrero to that ensemble.
But its Wwindy tomorrow, it might blow away. And this is Chill, it would be a 10 gallon cowboy hat.

This makes me want to revive the Pirate RPG.

Anyways, off to go shoot some vermin off the ranch. Can't have those dog-spiders invadin', now can we?

Disregard what I said. It is madness. It will fry your brain. Don't do it man. Just say NO.

But...pirates.

Those who lived by coin and cutlass, sailing the seas, loyal only to themselves and maybe their crew, sometimes.

Those who are vastly overlooked in the world of fantasy.

Pirates, as in one of the most awesome groups of people in history.

Anyway my brain's already fried.

So, what are your views on hobbits?

They're alright but rather boring overall,  anyway nothing can beat a pirate.

Eh?

Now, pirate hobbits on the other hand,  that's a whole different story.   Granted that goes against the nature of a hobbit in the first place, and Middle-Earth doesn't really have a large coastal trade that would create the merchant ships necessary to maintain the lifestyle.

Hmm, I should see about working on my pirate novel again.   It's been a few months since I poked at that one.

I think Jian has fallen asleep behind the bar - so I will make it for you. Captain Morgan's okay?
(And did you recognise me this time?  It's not going to end with me thinking I was blanked by a group of foreign exchange students like last time we were in a tavern together? )

Slander! Lies! I've just been uh... -wipes drool off his sleeve- Ahem.

I can't make a cocktail, but I can pour a killer glass of apple juice. Any takers?

Aye! -slides a beer bottle across the bar and into Elfy's open hand-

-sips apple juice in the dark-

So how's everyone this fine morning?

Ah, a tavern. Now this looks like a grand place to have a conversation.

Then, Senescence would enter the tavern further and search for a nice, wooden booth. He was followed by two old men, a middle-aged man and a kid in his twenties. Of course, only he could see these four followers. What a crazy man he was himself!

And now, I believe I'll have some nice brandy with my coffee. Don't you agree, Nate? Oh, of course you do.

Jian, hurry up that joe. I'm getting thirsty.

-hands Senescence a bottle of Peach Ice Tea- It's good for you. Coffee kills you, you know?

Oh, come on, man! At least give me Raspberry Iced Tea. It's my favorite flavor. Oh, and mind you, coffee also blinds you! Only caffeinated coffee, that is.

We're out of that flavor, good sir! -turns around, and starts drinking a Raspberry flavored Iced Tea from the refrigerator- Ahh. Love this flavor.

-Puts on his metagame aviator shades, (they're bind-on-equip)- I know what you're doing!

-Jumps out of the booth, front-flipping over the counter and reaching into the fridge for a raspberry iced tea.-

I believe I'm more qualified to be behind the counter, Mr. Bartender.
