I'm not sure of the limits of the immortality. Are you immortal in terms of human body or can you live in empty space too? What happens if you are drawn into the Sun or worse into a blackhole ::)
Kallor shrugged. 'I've walked this land when the T'lan Imass were but children. I've commanded armies a hundred thousand strong. I've spread the fire of my wrath across entire continents, and sat alone upon tall thrones. Do you grasp the meaning of this?'

'Yes' said Caladan Brood. 'You never learn'

I was thinking that as well. Imagine outliving the earth itself and having to spend an eternity drifting through freezing, empty space.

Having time to read all the books I want would be pretty cool, though.

I would go with mind control, a mind control with an unlimited range, and use it to alter world events. I would probably be a monster.

Anything relating to teleportation to faraway places (think Doctor Strange portal), or the ability to conjure money. I'm just looking for comfort at this point, hahah.

Depends on the degree of power (different interpretations of everything exists).

Like healing... would you instinctively heal yourself like wolverine while maintaining ability to heal others... If so you would become the longest lived and probably richest person on the planet (who wouldn't pay half their fortune to be cured of cancer and live in perfect health until you hit a hundred and odd?)

Teleportation, could you teleport other people/things? what's the range? do you have to be able to see where you're going? or have been there before? An unrestricted ability to teleport would be insanely valuable too. You could help evacuate disaster zones, rob banks at will, smuggle drugs anywhere in the world, be the greatest espionage asset ever know, etc.

Those two are clearly the best for me, but I'd have to go with the awesome healing. Money and a very long (but not immortal) life in perfect health.

They covered some of the advantages and pitfalls of teleportation with Nightcrawler in The X-Men (80’s comic version, not the films)
I will expand your TBR pile.
