Thank you for the sum up Hound. ;)  Actually, there are a couple ways to get in.  First is the short story writing contest, which is open to everyone.  Six stories from undiscovered writers will be printed in the Anthology:

I guessing this question will be answered when subs are open.

What are the submission guidelines? Text format & size, line spacing, page headers (yes/no?), author bio (yes/no?).

Most subs I've done are Times New Roman, 12 with double line space, is this the industry standard?
To have an idea is not enough - no matter how good the idea is.

Actually, we won't be asking for all that - we will simply ask for a readable font and normal line spacing... The reason they used to double space things (from what I've told) is so that editors can make notes. Because we will not be printing things and instead using Microsoft's inbuilt software to make notes - we won't need it.
