I'm watching a boatload of crime drama these days. I just watched 3 seasons of The Ozarks, and now have started on season 1 of Sons of Anarchy. Sons wasn't really all that great, but still watchable.
Sons of Anarchy started off really well, lost its way a bit in the middle, but finished strong. Kurt Sutter based the storyline fairly loosely on Hamlet. It also influenced/inspired Jonathan French’s grimdark The Grey Bastards.

Once I accepted that the Sons of Anarchy was basically just a violent, high-budget soap opera, I enjoyed it a lot more.  ;D

I loved the Queen’s Gambit anyone else watched it?

Anya Taylor-Joy Was fantastic in this tv series I also liked watching her in Emma.
Queens Gambit was wonderful. I googled some stuff about it and found that the book it was based on was written by the same person who wrote The Hustler.

@Elfy and @Magnus Hedén As people who've watched it before, would you guys recommend that I watched Sons of Anarchy towards the end? I've heard many reviews on google that the first 3 seasons were the best, and the series kinda dipped down after that.

It does kind of run dry. I watched it all the way through but towards the end, it was more the ritual that kept me going than any strong interest. Mind you, I didn't quit either, so it wasn't terrible (I've learned to actually cut and run these days -- before I'd suffer through anything due to some confused need for completionism).

It is true that the early seasons were the best, but I think its worth watching to the end. It was successful enough that they're doing a kind of spin off The Mayans MC. I liked some of the later stuff that really explained the club and its history and philosophy and how that had been twisted by Clay and Gemma.

The Queen's Gambit is a tough one to top. It is so very good.
Check out fleabag on amazon. Phoebe Waller-Bridge is an excellent writer and her performance is also fantastic.

Anyone watched/is watching Damien, the recent TV series?
I've just watched the first episode but not sure what to expect, if I should continue...

I never watched the original film.

Lupin in Netflix.

It's a gentleman burglar style show with a revenge plot angle. Stylish (meaning a bit slow) but well made and interesting.

The previews for that have got me interested, but I'm just concerned that the dubbing may distract me too much.

I am watching a fantasy anime named Hortensia Saga.  It didn't start well, but at episode 7, it is picking up steam.  I am glad that I stuck with it

Lie to Me

Amazing show based on facial expressions to identify deception and solve crimes. Really different and plot is really different and good.

Oh, I watched the first 2 seasons of that, I remember really enjoying it, until it started becoming far too repetitive.

If you like crime investigation/ detective duos I definitely recommend the series Castle. A writer tagged along with a detective to investigate crime as a research for his detective novel. It's hilarious as hell and they came upon a variety of weird and entertaining cases.

I enjoyed Lie To Me. Tim Roth was so much fun to watch. I was a bit sad that they wrote the young lady's young man out in the second season though. Also the older couple's UST got a little heavy-handed in the later seasons.
