Sky Atlantic started showing Raised by wolves last week, 3 episodes each Saturday: I've watched 4 so far, and it looks super interesting!
I love seeing Ragnar again (I just found out he's Australian!), hehe, and the actress who plays the Necromancer makes her look really un-human!

As for one of your comments about becoming like Lost, that's a great plus for me ;D
Ragnar's 2nd wife in Vikings is also an Aussie.
Aslaug, the tall eery lady? Wow, she looks so scandi hehe

One thing that I find funny in RbW is the fact they're using the word Sol for the god, since sun is too normal, yet sol is the portuguese word for sun ;D
Yes, Aslaug. She was a former model, as was Travis Fimmel.
I will expand your TBR pile.

Okay, this isn't fantasy-related, but I just watched the first few minutes of "Death to 2020" on Netflix. It's a satirical "documentary" about the year, from the makers of Black Mirror. I highly recommend it. So far the standout line is about Greta Thunberg: "She's this teenage girl who's become famous even though everything she says is depressing. Kind of like Billie Eilish."
I'll notify your next of kin... that you sucked!

Wanted a space show, so started on Andromeda. Lasted all of 3 episodes before I had to give up. The plot holed, editing mistakes and bad acting made it just a bad watch.

Loved that, too. Started sci-fi, turned into fantasy. And I love sci-fi with fantasy sauce. :)
Kallor shrugged. 'I've walked this land when the T'lan Imass were but children. I've commanded armies a hundred thousand strong. I've spread the fire of my wrath across entire continents, and sat alone upon tall thrones. Do you grasp the meaning of this?'

'Yes' said Caladan Brood. 'You never learn'

I think I said this once (at least I've been feeling it for years), but for me fantasy is for reading and sci-fi is for watching ;D

Man, that was slow. I watched first episode full and then skip watched the next 3 episodes...before giving up.

Anya's performance was exceptional though! Very expressive eyes.

Watching a sci-fi show called Falling Skies.

It's a show about aliens invading Earth. But it gets more complex as some of aliens want to work with humans rebelling against the other, a new alien species wants to destroy the one's already here adding to galactic politics and suspense drama.

Set in immediate aftermath of invasion, it has a post-apocalyptic vibe, a really complex and well thought out plot, good mix of action and drama and some very underrated but well done graphics. A very good cast tops the lot!

Really good sci-fi that I've never heard of till last week. I've been binge watching 3 seasons already!

We've started watching The Expanse and I only vaguely remember bits and pieces from the first book, but I DO remember a hilarious line that Amos says (regarding Holden and Naomi) later in the book, and thus I know exactly who from the Canterbury survives, which amuses me but also helps soothe me through the tense space-survival stuff in the first few episodes. (I am NOT into that sort of thing AT ALL.)

Falling Skies is great. I found season 4 rocky in places (basically one storyline) but season 5 made up for it.

Also watching the Expanse and loving it.

It was great! My favorite quote was "and then the debate started and it was like a rap battle in a senior home. But way worse."

The X-Files, season 1.  Still holds up well from the year 1993

I bought the full boxset plus movies for a bargain price a few years ago - and then I watched all the mythology episodes. It was great ;D

Now I want to watch the rest, soon

I'm watching a boatload of crime drama these days. I just watched 3 seasons of The Ozarks, and now have started on season 1 of Sons of Anarchy. Sons wasn't really all that great, but still watchable.
