The most shocking thing here is one person abstained!

Looks like we're headed to a three-way final of Granny, Locke and Tyrion. I know how I'd bet on that outcome.

That sounds really nasty, but something that Tyrion would definitely be involved in. Does Granny have red hair? :P

Difficult choice between Locke and Logen, but went for everyone's favorite thief in the end.

Wow that was a hard choice. Went back and forth for a bit, but had to go for Granny in the end. This is a close one!

Look, I don't know this Granny from my granny or your granny.   All I know is that Locke will have a plan which she would foil only for Locke to go "LOL Nope!" and send Granny back to whatever old witches do when they're put in their places.

And then Locke would successfully escape the city and reach his secret safe house, feeling very smug with himself but slightly disturbed by that one crow that followed him the whole way staring at him with its beady eyes.

Now I'm feeling guilty I didn't vote for Granny, as my avatar is a Lego knight  ::)

@ScarletBea I can't work out if you like Discworld or not, are you like the majority who love it or with me as Sir Terry's humour doesn't connect with me.

I think humour is quite hard to do, I think I like the darker humour to be found. Then again I do like Thraxas so I don't know.looks through authors I find humorous.

@Eclipse, that is actually a hard question.
I've read about 10-12 TP books, and on the whole I can say I really liked them - but it really depends on when I'm reading them. Sometimes I get everything, others it just annoys me.
I do like his humour, more actually for the things he doesn't say, or the hidden meanings behind that humour.
From all the conversations in this battle, though, it just seems I only read the 'not so good' books (I started buying them in order, about 20 years ago, and got to 10) - maybe the more recent ones are even better.
