I don't mind discworld  in the battles even through I don't like discworld myself as I don't like Sir TP humour.

It just be more sweeter when Locke wins over them!

@Peat, appreciated your comments about Death. Reaper Man in particular makes me misty-eyed and his final interactions with Susan in Hogfather, just wow. So happy when he found a kitten. :)

On the forum there are so many favourite series that others just don't enjoy, sometimes we convert or are converted, sometimes not. That is the joy though, we learn how many more are out there to explore.

This battle has been good, but I'm really looking forward to the time we go for Evil Villains. 8)

At which point Discworld will probably drop away as a force, because Sir Terry's villains mostly occur only in one book, where as most other fantasy villains have developed over at least a trilogy.

A sidekicks poll might be quite different though.
