Words of Radiance. Just hit part two. Its been great so far. The scope is mindblowing, the hints of what to come are too. Love it ... More than I did The Way of Kings at this point. Love it love it love it.
I am the darkness that comes before.

I can't wait to read Words of Radiance but I'm probably going to read a few other books before I get around to buying it.

Hang Wire by Adam Christopher.

Reading books at a furious pace as I usually read less in the summer.  So far this month.

Perdido Street Station - A reread and a damn good one.  I first read this right as my kid was being born, so i was reading a dense multi layered book on almost zero sleep.  Needless to day, I caught a lot more of what the author was doing this time around.

The Lascar's Dagger
by Glenda Larke -  I really like Larke's work, The Last Stormlord is always on my underrated books list.  This book was good, but her characters didn't catch me as much.  Still, a fantasy set in an age of exploration and based around a spice trade gets points for uniqueness of setting

Generation V
and Iron Night by M.L. Brennen -  Holy wow this is fun Urban Fantasy.  The best I have read in quite some time.  Been a while since I shotgunned a series right after another, but there was no way I was putting this story down until I had to.  Only about 10% left in Iron Night, then I have to find something new to read.

Since Words of Radiance hasn't arrived yet and I finished Seraphina last night, I started House of Chains. :)

Very mild spoiler for GotM, DG and MoI:
Spoiler for Hiden:
Waaaah! How can this book be called House of Chains if neither Paran, nor Kallor or Quick Ben are in the Dramatis Personae?!

On Prince of Thorns now.
Interestingly I got it due to FF - then before starting to read it, I heard about the violence and wondered if I'd like it. Then I started it and my fears increased, but soon, after a particular scene I absolutely loved, I changed my mind and I'm really really liking it :) - I think Jorg's that part of me (of all of us?) that is always hidden but needs an outlet... the anger.
(there's something strange with reading about death cold while enjoying the Portuguese sun on holidays, though, hehe)

(finished the Mistborn trilogy - argh - any place to comment on it? Only found a thread for book 1)

Hi

Just finished Tome of the Undergates by Sam Sykes, which was ... good, but not quite what I was expecting, especially as I follow him on Twitter.

Then I reread Green River Rising for about the tenth time. (Not fantasy)

Now starting Breach Zone by Myke Cole and hoping Oscar plays a much bigger role than he did in Fortress Frontier. He wasn't enough of a main protagonist for me in book 2.

After that, probably Days of Blood and Starlight by Laini Taylor. The first, Daughter of Smoke and Bone, absolutely blew my mind. I never thought I'd get hooked like that.

He doesn't. Every book has its main character. Oscar in the first, Bookbinder in the second and Harlekin in the third. You'll see the others, but not in the main focus.

I know what you mean. I didn't enjoy the book, sadly, but I get why people would. Not what I was expecting after his tweets.

I'm about 350 pages into 'The Folding Knife' and I'm absolutely loving it, but I'm blown if I can figure out the plot.
