The Core covers to be revealed on Fantasy-Faction tomorrow :D
« on: February 23, 2017, 01:59:43 PM »
The incredible covers for Peter V. Brett's The Core will be revealed on Fantasy-Faction tomorrow :O :O :O :O

Having read chapter one of The Core, I'm really intrigued about the book. I presume the reveal in that chapter is going to play a big part in this novel, but knowing that the new character is going to be the protagonist of Peter's next series, I'm curious to see how the world reacts. And we've not even spoken about demons, Arlen/Jardir, etc! :P

I can't wait to read this. I'll admit I've had a few issues with books 2, 3, and 4, but I think this one should be great.

I really like the US cover (which I guess works out for me). It's great seeing Leesha have her day in the sun, which is literal, since she'll be on the cover. The blue is incredibly vibrant, and I think it speaks of both hope and sadness that we will experience while reading.

Not keen on either, just not for me

The UK one looks like someone going to a Halloween fancy dress party I think it because of the eyes it looks like its coming from a mask

I think they're marvelous, especially for photo-quality renditions, which I do not appreciate as much as I do rendered art.

Absolutely. I usually hate that but here it's okay.
