Which Fantasy Writers should take a turn writing comics?

My first suggestion would be Iain M Banks to do Green Lantern. Great Space Opera writer and I would love to see his socialist spin on the Guardians. Second would be Mark C Newton put his environmental consciousness into action on Animal Man. Finally would just love to see Sam Sykes write a comic full stop. Maybe Flash travelling through to another dimension crawling with weird creatures or His anti hero slant on Guy Gardener.

Awesome ideas.

I'd like to see Richard Morgan do Iron Man.

Peter V. Brett recently worked on Red Sonja, which I believe went down really well... Sam Sykes we have already talked about, I think he will probably get a comic book deal one day. I've heard that Patrick Rothfuss is working on a Name of the Wind graphic novel (and he had already done a spoofy one before I believe...).

I'm sure Adam Christopher would leap tall buildings in a single bound at the chance - he's a huge (DC) comics fan!
Elizabethan fantasy trilogy The Alchemist of SoulsThe Merchant of Dreams and The Prince of Lies out now from Angry Robot Books!

Blink. Blink. I kind of want to read that. And I kind of really don't.

Apparently is pretty good (got it, but not read it though - collector-maniac)
