Bast from Name of the Winds

Lord Poppy from Emma Newman’s The Split Worlds

The Faeire Court from Dresden

but not evil and certainy not disney type godmothers

According to some,* heroic deaths are admirable things

* Generally those who don't have to do it.Politicians and writers spring to mind

There's a Fae court and stuff in Cassandra Clare's Mortal Instrument series, not sure if you'd like it though.  :P
Also a Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Mass.
