For someone, who likes first law, asoiaf, black company, malazans, gentlemen bastards and mark lawrence, would you guys recomend witcher. Should i try it before the show starts?

I wonder the same as well..
Kallor shrugged. 'I've walked this land when the T'lan Imass were but children. I've commanded armies a hundred thousand strong. I've spread the fire of my wrath across entire continents, and sat alone upon tall thrones. Do you grasp the meaning of this?'

'Yes' said Caladan Brood. 'You never learn'

I haven't read them so I'll skip your specific question, but if you're looking for recommendations based on those books, I 100% suggest Anna Stephens (Godblind series) and Ed McDonald (The Raven's Mark series)

The Witcher books aren't grimdark in the same sense as those books. They're also a bit messy, narrative-wise. I enjoyed reading the first two, but at the same time it's hard for me to recommend them. I'm guessing they lost a bit in translation, but I also think they're just structured poorly.

The first two story collections I can fully recommend. Though it's really not grimdark.
We are not standing on the shoulders of giants, but on a big tower of other dwarves.

It's the general feeling, not plot. The books I read tend not to be similar (and all of those you described are all quite different too). Just read the blurbs and decide, hehe
