Gotta Catch 'Em All: 'Fantasy-Faction in/on books'
« on: March 12, 2014, 04:26:31 PM »
Hi guys,

Just a quick request for you all: If you spot Fantasy-Faction in / on a book could you please take a picture on your phone / digital camera and upload it here or e-mail it to me? (Marc.Aplin[at]Fantasy-Faction.com). We are trying to build a collection of them up and see who we are reaching :) I know we've been on a fair few this year, but hadn't thought to keep track until now (well... I had, but lost the little list I was writing  ::))

Pretty sure the copy of Promise of Blood by Brian McClellan that I spotted in the library today had a quote on the back cover.

You're on my amazon page, if that helps?

My tongue has been in my cheek for so long, I've eroded a new mouth.

In A.J. Dalton's Tithe of the Saviours (I assume commenting the first or second book of the series):

A comment from Fantasy-Faction on the Wrath cover reveal article:

Somehow I've been in four acknowledgements, and even been named as a character in a book! :O

I'll have to grab a copy of the hardback to photograph it, but Fantasy Faction's review of Heir to the North gets listed on the inside cover of High King's Vengeance -  'The beauty of this book, I think, is that it will work on two kinds of readers. Those of you who are just starting out on the marvellous journey that is fantasy will find a cracking adventure story, one that will encourage you to explore further in the genre. And those of you who have read every fantasy novel published since Tolkien will appreciate the way the book plays with your expectations.' Fantasy Faction
Heir To The North - coming 2015 from Grimbold Books!

Congratulations! The day I get my words on a cover or inside a book I will be super happy and do a stupid dance!
