Horns, Joe Hill,
« on: August 02, 2014, 04:11:36 PM »
I wanted to see what people around here thought about the book, but there was only a thread for the upcoming movie.

So, is Horns any good? Saw the trailer for the movie today, and it looked interesting. As always, I prefer to read the book first, but wanted to know if it would be worth it.

What do you think? :)

Yep. I loved it and definitely recommend reading before the movie. We did do a book club read of it, it didn't get much participation, but you can find it here:

It didn't come up on my search, thanks for pointing it out.

Think I'll give it a try before the movie is out, then :)

Really good, really dark book. Joe Hill is fast becoming a favourite of mine.

I loved it. I didn't find it nearly as terrifying as Heart Shaped Box was, but I found it enjoyable.

Yeah I really loved the book. Might be my favourite of Joe Hill's book after Locke & Key.
