leans in close to @xiagan and whispers:  so, maybe the next three contests are going to be ninjas, robots, monkeys?
I don't care how close to him you lean, because *I* won't let it 8)

Why 3 contests? Just make a cyborg monkey with ninja technology  ::)

have you ever been forced to watch jake?  no.  no.  no.

Hey, my kids love it, and it is better than a lot of the other shows out there!

true.  they could love the wiggles.  or yo gabba gabba.

*shudder*

myself, tho, i was always more of a backyardigans fan when my kids were that age.  and, preachiness aside, veggie tales was pretty good too.

but -- hands-down, the BEST kids cartoon is without a doubt phineas and ferb.  and, those guys just sit in their office, on speakerphone, and riff with a third writer to create all the songs for an episode.  in, like, an hour.  they're insanely talented.

I hate monkeys. If the topic is monkeys because of you m3m, you'll be the monkey of my story!!

I'd been considering Pirates vs Ninjas myself tbh.

Pretty much settled on space pirates, myself. I'd kick myself for missing the chance to write that.

Gotta go back and watch some episodes of Captain Harlock to get myself in the right frame of mind.

just think of all the fun you'll have blowing them to bits with the arm cannons of giant robots.  the STOMP-SQUISH possibilities alone from something called a "Model 445 Monkey Crusher" should make the theme salvageable, right?

pew, pew!  *splatter*

My Monk3ynoch is a bio-engineering sapient primate, bred and trained to slip into power stations and secure military installations, then load malware onto their operating computers.

Only he's gone rogue...

Will the Dread Pirate Jmack hunt him down before Monk3ynoch can take vengeance on those who created him?

Should he even try?

Yes. I'm not such a fan of the movie anyway, and do not like him. I don't even like Aladdin's monkey...
