Hmm, interesting. Not sure what I could do with this topic aside from wax political theories, maybe work in some Machiavellian back-stabbing, perhaps boring Parliamentary policy work meetings; we shall see.

I've got a neat setup for a Court with odd customs that I stuck in my "Random Ideas" folder a while back... now I just have to find the story in it...
