The new topic, the new contest! New, new, new!
Yeah sorry. Internet was gone again. I'm on it atm, so if the kids don't disturb, expect them in the next fifteen minutes.

Don't mind my insolent impatience. It's because I don't have a story in this month so I'm pining for the next one! The first isn't over so no rush  :P

Yeah, but I like to have it ready before it is the 1st. So I'm as annoyed and impatient as you. ;)

Just in case people thought I was joking, I'm actually 1100 words in and should post the story tonight, if Bea is fine with it!

Somebody needs to change my name from Brandon Darewoodson to 'Barley Redwood' or 'Hero of the Adventures of Barley Redwood in Elfland'.... (I'm referring to Lankos story if you haven't read it already) @xiagan  :)

I re-read the contest rules. I could have written up to 750 words in my poem. I thought it was 500 and truncated my concept on the fly as the dreaded word limit loomed.

Boy oh boy, did you all dodge that one.
750 word poem! One day.  ;D

Methinks the Goatie doth protest too much.
