It would make guessing easier, but what about the fact that they stated people didn't have to reveal themselves, and that our last "Anonymous" refused to come forward at all? I guess it'd be even more fun to only have, say, 14 people saying they joined, for 18 stories. Leaves more room for mistakes.

agreed.  as a voluntary thing, i can see this.

tho, i suspect it'll be an organic thing with folks giving hints and whatnot.  i'm just having a hard time holding on until voting is over!

As far as my bets are concerned, it's the bridge one.  8)

I might (or might not) have written a story,
Dark just like Nora's, in a scene that was gory.

I might (or might not) have submitted some lines,
Structured like M3mnoch's, just before the deadline.

I might (or might not) have gone extra miles,
To steal from TErik's, or Jmack's, or Alfy's fine styles.

I might (or might not) have used Alex's taste,
Or NightWrite's, or Lanko's, or Night_wrtr's in haste.

Whatever I wrote or didn't, you'll see,
The blame will be theirs, but the credit? All me  ;D

Can't blame you for being converted to the realm of Darkity Dark stuff.

The more the merrier.

I have the feeling that number 4 is incorrect  ::)

And damn, 24 entries.

Where are you guys seeing 24 stories??? I'm only seeing 18 on.

And no I did not write the 18th story. I haven't even read that one yet! ;D
I never said anything about entering this month.

It was just a numbering of people not a ref to any story ... I'll delete them.

My comments on dead story with 0 words in were totally honest. Coming to think of it, It's totally embarrassing.

--> Has read 4 Hannibal Lecter books, a Stephen King anthology, a Kane book (a villain Conan) and says in another thread nothing dark ever put him off of any book.

--> Can't write a story with a freaking corpse in it.

I thought the whole point of the Anonymity was to prove that people didn't vote for "names" and didn't vote for new or old writers. So why are people putting out hints and " I wrote one" even before the thread closes and the voting started? Are people going to 'fess up before voting is finished?

Can't the guessing be done by some kind of quiz table, such as the voting with numbers for the stories to be entered against names who agree they entered and no body but Mods know see the results or answers, and no hints until the results are announced?

Bit confused here - what is meant to be happening?

It's just unorganized fun, with some saying "I'm in" while others remain silent, perhaps some saying they're in when they're not, etc. Like a playground :)

Fair enough I had thought it was meant to be formal in some way.  ;D

I was lying. I didn't write anything, for the first time on 2 years.  :o
