20 votes so far! :)

New contest will go up on the 1st of May, voting usually goes 30-31 days and since I'm locking submissions after the month is over everywhere on the world, it's usually until the 1st or 2nd of the next month. :)

My duty is done, and my votes cast!  ;)

I'm always in awe of the talent behind the words of some of our 'amateur' writers, there were so many great submissions that even 4 votes seemed unfair. Good luck!

I'm so jealous you get to see the votes.   ;)

There's a trick how you can see the votes: Blink* once and they are visible to you. :)

*Blink means you have to close your eyes for 97 hours in this case.

I knew there was a reason why I used to only read the stories a couple of days before the end of the month: it meant I didn't have long to wait between voting and seeing the result.
I voted about 2 weeks ago, seems like a lifetime ago...
(I may have a little impatience issue ;))

And it only closes Saturday night, so yet a full 2 days!!!

(are the actual writers with a stake in it as impatient as me??)

Pretty much, yeah. We've been waiting impatiently since we wrote ours... almost two months ago.  ;D

Gosh, you're a last-minute-type-person, aren't you?

Although to be precise, 'last minute' is voting in about 10 hours, hehehe

It's certainly frustrating, given it's 21.25 here already. Aka 9.25 pm for any lost 'murican. :p

The suspense is getting to me now
I'm Saloninus, by the way. And I tell lies, from time to time. Which goes to prove the old rule; never entirely trust a man who talks about himself in the third person.

Can someone who is on the good time line please tell me how many more min/hours are left till this closes (officially)?
It's past midnight here but I'd happily stay up an hour for the result, just not 2 or 3 or more.
I think the time display is completely off for me.
