It's May 29, and about time to get started.
Here's a quick roll call of those who'd said they're in.

@ScarletBea
@Peat
@G_R_Matthews
@m3mnoch
@Eclipse
@Raptori?
@Sarene
@justan henner
@observantraven
@Eli_Freysson
@Lanko
@tebakutis
@JRTroughton
@SJBudd
@Delaney
@victoria hooper

If we get half you good people, I'll be delighted.
If we don't, I will track all of you down and force-feed torn up shreds of paperback books until you're praying I chose Alice in Wonderland instead of all 1,285 pages of Winds of Winter, and then I'll --

--we interrupt this tirade with calming images --

-- be very grateful for all who participate.

Let the reading begin!

Change, when it comes, will step lightly before it kicks like thunder. (GRMatthews)
You are being naive if you think that any sweet and light theme cannot be strangled and force fed it's own flesh. (Nora)

I'm definitely still in. Just gotta finish off K-PAX (which I started this morning) and then I'll get reading!  :)
I wish the world was flat like the old days, then I could travel just by folding a map.

I love K-PAX, book and film! The sequels (2 and 3) are good... number 4, less so. Enjoy!

Good to hear! Love the film, and so far the book is just as good. Will have to add the sequels to my tbr!

Oh I didn't even know there was a book 4! I only have 1-3.

Probably best that way.

Lately:

- 3 Horror books that were not horror at all.
- Lots of ideas, but no mood to write them.
- My first DNF ever.

This is it, Mr.Matthews. This is your chance to make us rage and cry with your characters! To be shocked and awed! If you fail the frustration levels will reach critical point and all hell will break loose upon you!

But hey, no pressure  ::)
Slow and steady wins the race.

erm... Lanko... can I just say, to protect Geoff, that I enjoyed book 1 but really liked much more books 2 and 3?
