I don't want to write about a pirate or a girlfriend. I don't like having my hand forced on so many aspects. I had a story for this originally, that forcefully twisted the whole thing, but I don't want a villain. In that story there was no vilain. The drama came from the MC's decision. I often don't install a villain, for them to be satisfying they needn't to be developed with care. I dot like any of the weapons offered... and the more I twist away from the dice I cast, the less likely I am to get votes. Also the extension destroyed the deadline that was motivating me a month ago. I shelved it and now I really don't like what I wrote nor want to pick it up.
I'm so I'm here, most stories from the dice unappealing to me, not wanting to force myself into something I don't have a groove for. I like some limits but those are too much. If I had maybe 2 or 3 criterions and then the run of my fancy I'd be better off.
I don't ask for the septembre early because I hate this topic but because I know I won't write it, and we've had this weird, unusual absence of a month.
I'd be happy with a 1k word 2weeks contest even. Just something really.
