I was completely remiss! Forgot to post the topics for book club this month :(

Hoping I have time to revisit the book tomorrow and post some thoughts.

Just curious if anyone is still reading? I'm still happy to talk about the stories if anyone wants to.  :) I thought week 3's stories ("A Matter of Price" and "The Edge of the World") were both very interesting, particularly the former because of its interesting take on the fairytale idea of asking for people's firstborn. Why do magical beings seem to want people's babies? It's an interesting idea that by asking for this, you mark the child out in the eyes of destiny.

Question for people who have more knowledge of the lore of the Witcher: I haven't read the other books so I'm not sure yet, but the child that Geralt asks for at the end of this story... is this Ciri?
