Unless sudden inspiration happens, I don't think I'm getting in this month. My ideas keep either flat-lining or morphing into the kind of stuff I usually do.

I feel you. I struggled to find a genre I would feel uncomfortable trying. Having breached romance (and having done smut once too haha!), there wasn't much there, which is why I opted for the delivery rather than the content. Can you try this maybe? Grab an idea you have that is already well fleshed out, and maybe make it into a second person, or present tense, or something?

I made it. Really struggled with this month, and I'm not all that happy with the end result, but I'm in.

Changing the deliverance might work. I might give the choose your own story format a chance after all. Or maybe I'll go with a second person story, I've never been the greatest fan of that POV.

I tried and failed to be productive enough this month, struggled to like what I was writing enough to progress it.
It's the silence that scares me. It’s the blank page on which I can write my own fears.

Let me know if there's anyone still trying to do the last touches, otherwise I'll close the thread around 2pm UK time (I was going to say midday, but I'll think of the americans and let them wake up)

I'm still working on mine, almost there, but don't wait for me. If I'm not done by the time you're ready to close, I'm fine with that.

Edit - I'm in. I ended up breaking down and reworking the story I failed to finish for last month as the base idea. Went with the choose your own adventure style, hopefully the flow isn't broken somewhere.

Awesome you could make it on time, now we have three votes instead of two!!

But will the poll work this month...

Nope, not until it's fixed.
As Arry posted on the Bugs thread, this is something that she couldn't solve :(

Damn, so are we sending our votes to you again this month? Is that ok with you?

I’d be happy to do it too.
Votes wouldn’t be safe with me, but I’d do it.  8)

We should probably still open a voting thread with the requirements for voting, shouldn't we?
