Yay! Thanks to all who voted for me!

Trivia: I actually had a "safe" instead of "save" right at the beginning. Oops.

And White Port, mentioned by Tyrion, doesn't actually exist. I've only read GoT in Portuguese and the closest similar-looking name is White Harbor, which is Manderley's domain. King's Landing was translated to "Royal Port", so "White Port" was supposed to be King's Landing. Oops².

Congrats, @Lanko! I loved your story; gave me such good laughs.
No Arry? (Or do I forget?) If im right, I want one more snippet from you!  >:(

And I had the hardest time choosing between @tebakutis and @m3mnoch.
I did choose one of you eventually.  ;) ;D

Just for the record, I also loved these stories, and if I had 2 extra votes, these would be them :D

I wonder how people being familiarized with the stories influenced this.

I voted for @m3mnoch and @Alex Hormann exactly because of that. They were actually the only ones I knew the characters. And Rukaio's Dresden.

tebakutis' story was interesting. I know Narnia has a lion on the book covers, but I had no idea the lion actually talked. Or why his words were capitalized.

He's supposed to represent God, or Jesus, sacrificing himself for the good of the people. Hence the capitalisation, hehe
(I only discovered this several years after reading the stories, though)

In my opinion, all of these stories deserved my vote ... as ever, there was an impressively high quality bar all around.

My votes went to @Rukaio_Alter and @Alex Hormann, but I could have voted for any of these. Had to make a choice.

The Significantly More Destructive Wizard of Oz by Rukaio_Alter - As with all Rukaio's stories, the pacing and humor here was great, but this one got my vote purely for the last line.

Foundation and Final Empire by Alex Hormann - This was just a very solid story all around, dialogue-wise and writing-wise, and I liked the interplay between the protagonists of the two worlds. Also, the conceit of landing on the world via a shuttle from elsewhere.

The other stories all had awesome elements as well.

@Jmack - You tortured Winnie the Pooh! I never thought I'd read a story where someone tortured Winnie the Pooh, but now I can check that box off my list.

@LightRunner - This was a really clever idea for a crossover, and felt consistent with both worlds. And the writing was excellent.

@Lanko - I thought this was really clever in how the characters from each world reacted to each other's very different books. Apparently Sauron has nothing on Cersei.

@m3mnoch - LOL you slaughtered the cast of Twilight.

@gennerik - Oh, and even though I *hated* the first Thomas Covenant book and never moved on from there (it was a DNF for me) from what I remember, you captured the character/writing style really well, and though I didn't enjoy the book, I *did* like him constantly getting annoyed at being called a hero. And again, excellent writing.

Congrats, @Lanko!

@tebakutis Thanks for the positive comment - I appreciate it. I voted for your story because I thought you captured the dynamic of the characters in The Magicians really well.

My other vote went to @m3mnoch. I'm not familiar with Logen Ninefingers, but you wrote the character completely enough that I could enjoy the story regardless. And I appreciated the outsider perspective on the "Twilight" characters; I thought it was very well done.
