Go! Good luck! It's not a month for being too serious anyway.

BAM! Done. Went quicker than I expected. :)
This has to be a record in early submission :o

Hmmm...I've never written any fanfic, so this will be a new experience.

I know which character I want to drop into which book (I came up with that much more quickly than I expected to), but we'll see if I can come up with an interesting plot to go with it.

Well, I have an idea.
Which surprises me, since FanFic is my least favorite month and I almost bought I'd skip a month for the first time in, oh, forever-ish.

Just a question now whether X drops into Y's world, or Y drops into X's.
Hmmmmm.

You should spend more time in the air, @Jmack, for reading and writing! ;D

Hint: now you just need to write a mail ;)

Got everything sorted for my idea, should be written over the next few days. Still not a fan of FanFiction, but I'm having fun with what I've got, so that's something.

I just got an inkling of an idea. A breath of a whisper of a story. I've got some percolating to do.

Yay! Got everything sorted nice and early this month.

With the title, I was following the titles of the Foundation books, but I now realise that it is literally just the two book titles I've used as well. Ah well. :)

I might convince @xiagan to confine the tradition to history, next year, I don't really like it either... ;)

But to be fair, this month was quite a rush with our boss being really busy and just remembering the new month on the last day, so we had to go the easy and quick way: tradition.

That's fair, but anyway it looks like the main ideas to elaborate on fanfic have been exhausted. So it's a good run.

Well, we still had "Use the world (building) from a book/series but change the genre. Discworld in Grimdark, Prince of Thorns in steampunk, etc" ;D

:-\ to be honest that's another unconvincing topic full of potholes and complications. Not that I necessarily mind though, it's good to have a month off and focus on my own work instead of being distracted by great topics, once in a while.
