I have a really, really cute idea, but, gah, what is time.

I'm not going to make this one. Shame, would have been nice to trot out my emotionally sensitive side.  ;)
But I'm too busy binge watching anime with the kids and getting smashed on mulled wine.

I promise to vote and will try for next month instead.

whew.  okay.  i threw out about 300 words and remade the ending.  hopefully this gets 'wife approval'.  if so, i might be posting it this afternoon.  i even have a fancy image to go with it!  production values, yo!

on the bright side, she liked the middle conversation piece!  yay!

alrighty.  i'm in.

mrs. m3mnoch still hated it, but for the right reasons -- you can't tell a proper love story in 1500 words without it feeling rushed.  there was much arm-flailing as she was telling me this.  (i won't disclose which of us was actually flailing their arms, tho)

at least the plot twist came in clear this time.

Good job on finishing it. I'm actually unsure if I will be able to do it.

I keep plowing through my main story, but when it comes to the monthly, I simply hit a wall trying to put it together in paper, despite having a somewhat clear picture of it in my head. I spent almost two hours staring at the screen, walking around and just ended up deleting stuff  >:(

Well, isn't it more of a reason for you to keep at it? It's not like you, since you write so much all the time. Maybe start writing from scratch, since you have a picture clear in your head? You write a thousand word in a day easily, so even if the quality is rough, you can try and put it down and then spend a couple of days just editing deeply, no?

I'm not sure I'll make it myself. My own story is pretty lame, completely stuck, rather unoriginal, and I'm busy looking for a new place to live in...

I am bowing out this month I think. I can't get anything satisfying onto the page. 3 attempts with nothing to show, plus a busy week ahead. Ah well. I'll be back next month.
