When I first read the prologue I was intially reminded of Fagin in Oliver!!!   :o

Me too! (Sorry I know it's not April 1st yet but I started it last night!)

I'm trying really hard to be good and wait, but it's sitting right on my desk...
Nnoo!!! You can't all start now, ugh I can't wait until the first so I can buy it and start reading :) Maybe I should download the free sample onto my kindle.

I finished reading the whole prologue last night, and I have to say that is the best prologue I've ever read. :D  I loved Locke as a character even before we met him and then once we did, I was hooked!  I hope the rest of the story is just as good!  And I hope I can be good and not finish the whole book this weekend.  ;D

I'd already read the book just weeks before it won this month's book club choice.   ;D   ::)

I kept thinking of Oliver the musical, but I can't sing, so no chance of that!!!

I saw the whole book as a blending together of Oceans Eleven and Oliver Twist... somehow it pulled it off though... shows the skill of Lynch I guess :D

Well Dancing Queen playing at the shops managed to get it out of my head. Now time to get back to Locke :)
