Have recently started this one but haven't got too far with report writing and elections.

Intriguing that it begins with a flash forward (or does it begin in the now before doing a flash back?) Is this Pratchett trying to get his younger audience's attention with a cliff hanger before giving them the slower build up?

And Miss Treason. Another fantastic witch- just read the part where she takes control of the Mac Mac.Feegle. (Glad to see Miss Tick and Weatherwax in action as well. )

Just finished. Enjoyed this one unsuprisingly. As a long time Discworld reader it was great to see Nanny Ogg and Granny Weatherwax play a bigger role. And nice that Roland got to grow as a character as well.  What was interesting was how often the Wintersmith became a side plot to the plot of being a witch. It actually felt like the plot of Annagramma taking over Miss Treason's cottage was the main plot at times!
