Fantasy-Faction is trying to raise funds for a video camera to capture our upcoming Grim Gathering – featuring Joe Abercrombie, Peter V. Brett, Mark Lawrence, Peter Newman and Anna Stephens – and future events too.
As you can see, the quality of the above is pretty awful, as it’s not filmed on a camera for online publishing.
The camera we’ve been recommended is the Sony A5100, which is consistently rated the best choice for vlogging. The idea is that in addition to recording events, we can capture some behind the scenes videos and also capture some of the fun with fans, before and after the event too.
